• IFcic applies for financial support on behalf of CDFIs offering a low cost collaborative service for CDFIs and funding partners..
• IFcic operates as a focal point for Business Links, Enterprise Gateways, Government offices and other brokerage organisations wishing to connect individuals wanting to start-up a business to a suitable Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) (link to CDFI Members) or fund provider. CDFI's provide micro enterprise loans or other appropriate loan services to individuals who meet the CDFI funding criteria.
• Through CDFI's individuals who are endeavouring to improve their lives can gain business ready skills, funding and business resources to secure or create sustainable, productive employment.
